The project

Following the successful completion of the RiKu Hotel in the Stuttgarter Tor Quarter, the next building block in the district development is Stuttgarter Tor Haus 3. A modern office and medical building is being built on 7 floors with a total of 4.500 m² of usable space plus an underground car park in the basement.

In addition to the outstanding location, the building, which is being built to the KfW 40 standard, is highly attractive for all future users. The planned energy concept, consisting of geothermal energy in conjunction with a PV system, will not only ensure a high degree of energy self-sufficiency, but also enables energy costs to be optimized for users.

Stuttgart Gate District

A new, centrally located urban district is being built in several construction phases between Burkhardt+Weber-Straße and the railway tracks.

A total of five to eight construction projects are planned on an area of ​​around 16.000 m². Careful land rounding creates an impressive usable area of ​​around 70.000 m². The diverse uses range from medical facilities to restaurants, retail, office and commercial space to modern living space.

The eponymous first construction phase, the Stuttgart Gate, was successfully completed at the end of 2019. The RiKu Hotel was completed in 2021.
