You don't want just any apprenticeship, but one where you understand what you're working for? With us, you'll start directly as an apprentice in project development for renewable energies and learn how good organization, clear processes and teamwork concretely advance the energy transition.
What you can expect from us: You'll participate in daily office operations, support the project development of wind and photovoltaic projects, conduct research, prepare documents for permits and contracts, coordinate appointments, and gain insights into marketing, sales, and HR. No pure theory, but real tasks and responsibility from the very beginning.
What you should bring: A good secondary school leaving certificate or (specialized) university entrance qualification, very good German skills, a confident handling of numbers, and genuine enthusiasm for renewable energies and sustainability. You work reliably, ask questions when something is unclear, and are keen to contribute as part of a team. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful; you'll learn the rest with us.
