It starts. Start of construction for the Arbach Park in Pfullingen. Together with Mayor Stefan Wörner, the municipal councils and those involved in the project, we were able to celebrate the start of the first construction phase today.
Arbach Park I is divided into four construction phases. With the start of construction of the first section, around 8.900 two- to four-room apartments are being built on a usable area of approx. 115 square meters. There are also 89 underground and 26 outdoor parking spaces. The living areas of the apartments are between 50 and 100 square meters. For the CO2-neutral energy concept, the heat is generated via geothermal energy. The necessary probes are placed at a depth of 150 to 200 m.
