Start of construction for the Stuttgarer Tor

“We are pleased to be able to realize this project, which is unique for Reutlingen and the region. With its charisma, the Stuttgarter Tor becomes an unmistakable sign of a vital region,” says the enthusiastic developer and investor Willi Schöller, managing partner of Schöller & Partner GmbH.

The high-rise project Stuttgarter Tor, with its breathtaking view and proximity to the city centre, will spectacularly meet the demands of modern living and working. As a highlight, the project will mark the beginning of the redevelopment of the core city extension City North - the future customs quarter - and will take on a style and cityscape-defining function.

The slogan "Stuttgarter Tor – a home with a view“ Underlines what the Stuttgarter Tor stands for. A place where everyone will feel welcome and comfortable - a home not only for the residents but for everyone who enters.

With an investment volume of over EUR 40 million, the total usable area is around 10.000 square meters. Overall, the Stuttgarter Tor will have two underground parking levels, a ground floor with a mezzanine and 16 upper floors. The commercial use on the lower floors extends to gastronomy, offices and practice areas. The current occupancy rate is around 70%. QMUH, a burger grill and steakhouse, will open on the ground floor. Other users include the HWS Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfungsgesellschaft, OKPHYSIO - therapie & training GmbH and the BVMW - Federal Association of Medium-Sized Businesses, Entrepreneurs' Association of Germany eV with the representative for the city and district of Reutlingen, Dr. Joeres.

A total of 7 apartments with living areas of approx. 28 to 80 square meters are being built on the top 130 floors. In addition to the high-quality furnishings and their own loggias, all apartments offer a fascinating view over Reutlingen to the Swabian Alb and to Stuttgart. The marketing of these 2, 3 and 4-room condominiums will begin in 2018. The exact start of marketing will be announced in good time.
