The next milestone in the development of the district: Stuttgarter Tor Haus 3. A modern office and medical center is being built on 7 floors with a total of 4.500 m² of usable space plus an underground car park in the basement.
In addition to the outstanding location, the building, which is being built to the KfW 40 standard, is highly attractive for all future users. The planned energy concept, consisting of geothermal energy in conjunction with a PV system, will not only ensure a high degree of energy self-sufficiency, but also enables energy costs to be optimized for users.
Over 90% of the space allocated
We are particularly pleased that the users for over 90% of the area have already been determined before construction begins. This success is a sustainable contribution to positive urban development.
