The first phase of construction in the Kaiserviertel Pfullingen continues to take shape. Work on the first two of the three planned residential buildings is well advanced.
The first phase of construction in the Kaiserviertel includes 3 residential buildings with a total of 21 apartments. In the basement, the buildings are connected by a connected parking level with around 30 parking spaces. The buildings have already been sold to two individual investors. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 4.
The second, larger construction phase is currently being planned.
