The Stuttgarter Tor Quarter is the next building block: after the Stuttgarter Tor and the RiKu Hotel, which opened in 2022, modern practice and office space is being built with a usable area of around 4.500 m² on 7 floors. The start of construction is planned for the second half of 2023.
