On November 30, 2023, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for House 9 in Arbach Park together with Mayor Stefan Wörner, the local council and other project participants. Axel Brennecke, Managing Director of Schöller SI Immobilien GmbH, emphasized the important role of Arbach Park for the city of Pfullingen and described the topping-out ceremony as another milestone in the district.
The current construction phase includes a building with a total of 40 rental and condominiums. These apartments with two to three rooms and a living space between 60 and 90 m² are located on the 1st to 4th floors. In addition to senior-friendly floor plans and modern comfort, the apartments offer an additional plus in sustainability and environmental friendliness thanks to an energy concept with geothermal energy and photovoltaics.
