Groundbreaking – Pfullingen Imperial District

Reutlingen, September 11.09.2015, XNUMX – Today's groundbreaking marked the start of construction for the first phase of the "Kaiserviertel" project in Pfullingen. The second construction phase is being planned and will also offer space for practices and offices.

In the first construction phase of the Kaiserviertel, which has already been sold, the new residential buildings Kaiserstrasse 31, 33 and 35 with a total of 21 apartments will be realized. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 4.

The three houses are connected to a connected basement, which functions as an underground car park with a total of 30 parking spaces and integrated technical and storage rooms. The individual buildings also consist of a ground floor, two upper floors and a penthouse on the top floor with living areas of between 50 mXNUMX2 and 120 m2. The buildings blend elegantly into the surrounding buildings and represent an outstanding and high-quality addition to the cityscape of the feel-good town of Pfullingen. The timeless, modern architecture, which combines function and form and focuses on the user in all considerations, ensures lasting satisfaction.

The second construction phase directly on the opposite side of Kaiserstrasse is currently under development. In the total of five planned buildings, areas for practices, offices and other services will also be created.
The "Imperial Quarter" project
With the "Kaiserviertel" project in Pfullingen, the former blessing area on Kaiserstrasse and Braikestrasse will be redeveloped in several construction phases. The Kaiserviertel will be characterized by a development divided into individual structures with attractive green spaces.
