Corporate
Invest sustainably in the region.
We are convinced that sustainability proves itself in the region. That is why, together with our partners, we build and invest where people are at home and create visible added value that improves life and the development of town and country in the long term.
Therefore we develop, build, manage and invest in solid and sensible assets such as real estate, city districts and renewable energy.

Sustainable development
Our contribution to the global development goals
In 2015, the United Nations adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to address critical global challenges. This agenda includes 17 Objectives for sustainable development, known as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals are aimed at promoting a better and more sustainable future.
We also actively contribute to achieving goals 7, 11 and 13 with our core business:
History
Our milestones
Since 1980 we have been developing, building, managing and investing in solid and meaningful real assets such as real estate, city districts and renewable energy. Numerous reference objects characterize the company's successful history, including the "Obere Wässere" city district, which was awarded by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the "Stuttgarter Tor" in Reutlingen, which was awarded for exemplary construction, or the "Kaiserviertel" city district in Pfullingen.
