With this question in mind, the team of SCHOLLER SI Real estate professionals and business partners embarked on a two-day excursion focusing on timber construction, serial building, and innovative approaches to residential construction. The aim was to learn about different concepts, exchange experiences, and identify potential starting points for future projects.
The program included visits to, among other things, Rhomberg Construction Group and Sohm Timber Construction TechnologyThe excursion was complemented by a visit to a completed residential construction project in the affordable housing segment.
On the second day, we gained exciting insights into the production of precast concrete elements and were able to visit other successfully completed projects on site.
