Windwärts implements the Pillenbruch wind energy project for Schöller SI

Windwärts Energie GmbH from Hanover has sold the individual system at the Pillenbruch site in the Lippe district (North Rhine-Westphalia) to Schöller SI Erneuerbare GmbH from Reutlingen. Commissioning of the individual Vestas V-112 turbine with a hub height of 119 meters and a nominal output of 3,45 MW is planned for the end of the year. Schöller SI is responsible for the commercial management, while Windwärts remains responsible for the technical management.
The project developer and operator Windwärts planned and developed the project, obtained approval in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and was awarded a contract in the tendering process in accordance with the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) 2017. On behalf of Schöller SI, Windwärts is now realizing the project as general contractor.
The paths have already been built, the foundation has been poured, the internal cable route has been laid and the crane site is in the works. The system is then assembled in a record time of just five days, followed by the interior fittings. Commissioning is planned for the end of the year. From then on, the wind turbine will feed more than 7,5 million kilowatt hours of environmentally and climate-friendly electricity into the public grid every year. This corresponds to the annual electricity requirement of around 2.500 households.
