The next milestone in the development of the Stuttgarter Tor Quarter: On March 21.03.2024, 3 we celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for the STUTTGARTER TOR House XNUMX.
It was a moment full of gratitude and anticipation of what was to come. We are proud to be part of this exciting development project. A big thank you to everyone who is part of this journey and who helps make the Stuttgarter Tor Quartier a vibrant center.
A modern office and medical building with a total of approx. 7 m² of usable space is being built next to the Riku Hotel on 4.600 floors (ground floor + six upper floors). The building will be constructed as a climate-friendly non-residential building according to the KfW 40 building standard and will be supplied with heat and cooling by geothermal energy. We are particularly pleased that all upper floors have already been allocated to users.
